- Opening: 9 am to 5 pm
- Mid: 11 am to 7 pm
- Closing: 3 pm to 8:30 pm
- Greet customers, take accurate orders, and provide friendly cashier service
- Process payments (cash, card, digital) quickly and correctly
- Operate deli slicer safely to prepare meats and cheeses to spec
- Assemble sandwiches with toppings, condiments, and garnishes
- Follow portion control and recipe standards for all hoagies
- Maintain clean, organized workstations: sandwich line, deli station, counter, dining area
- Package takeout and catering orders for accuracy and presentation
- Handle phone orders and answer basic menu questions
- Assist with prep: cutting produce, refilling line items, rotating inventory (FIFO), restocking supplies
- Monitor and maintain proper levels of baked bread and deli ingredients
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to safely use deli slicing equipment
- Attention to detail and consistency in sandwich assembly and food prep
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment
