Job Description:
* The ideal candidate should be well rounded in a restaurant environment.
* Must be able to open and close restaurant, open and close the registers.
* Purchase and properly manage and track all food and beverage inventory, properly train and manage the staff according to brand
standards.
* Work with all suppliers, create weekly schedules, manage time clock, and most importantly be a team leader. * Serve Safe Certified preferred.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
